Al is a talent and leadership development consultant, keynote speaker and facilitator. He’s an expert in workplace trends, careers and talent.
Al works with Fortune 500 companies, higher education institutions and organizations to design talent strategies that attract and retain diverse talent and build leadership programs that help employees and leaders develop the human skills they need to thrive in a changing world of work.
Al researches, writes, and speaks on corporate learning, workplace trends, and talent strategy, and his thinking and insights have been published in outlets such as Fast Company, Business Insider, Time, and ATD Magazine.
Al previously worked at Salesforce and Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on developing and executing digital transformation and talent strategy.
Al received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Theology from Boston College, and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel-Hill.
